PROCESS

Working to an agile process alongside the talented team at AlixPartners, we mapped out the journey for each section, creating design tickets for items in Atlassian, which moved from design stage to refinement and eventually build. We worked in sprints and validated journeys with the stakeholders to identify what a successful future might look like. Whilst also drawing out insights on how we may reduce their manual process into a more seamless digital tool.

 

OUTCOME

Co-designing a visual system that will enable rapid and scalable applicaption design in the future. The MVP will enable a 50% reduction in manual process of updating, 25% reduction in manual workload on consultants through greater client engagement with the tool.
