Hello I’m Tracy!
I’m a Senior Product Designer based in London, with over 10 years of experience designing digital products across a range of sectors. Over the past 2.5 years at BPP, I’ve been focused on improving large-scale platforms across both mobile and desktop—creating seamless, user-centred experiences for students and educators.
I specialise in end-to-end product design, from early discovery and concepting through to delivery and iteration. I work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, research, and service design to solve complex problems and turn them into intuitive, impactful solutions.
My approach is grounded in user-centred design, combining research, data, and rapid prototyping to validate ideas quickly. I’m particularly interested in leveraging tools like Figma Make and emerging AI technologies to accelerate design workflows, explore new ideas, and enhance product experiences.
